About B2 Builders Inc.

B2 Builders Inc. was founded by Billy Taylor with his father Bill Taylor. Billy graduated Wentworth Institute of Technology in 2018 with a bachelors degree in Construction Management. Bill has worked in the construction industry for his entire life. Billy went on to work for large construction managements firms in Boston Ma but missed working hands on with his father. They saw an opportunity to work together again renovating homes and doing what they love side by side. Billy's ambition and foresight into the future of construction with Bill's vast knowledge of construction is the perfect combination to deliver quality homes. Our goal is to bring integrity back to a section of the industry that is leaning towards cutting corners and turning out low quality products to bring down cost and drive profit up. B2 Builders will go the extra mile to ensure things are done right and to the quality they expect in their own home.

Preconstruction Design

The first step in any construction project is to get your ideas on paper. We work with you to illustrate your dream in a full set of plans so they can be approved for construction.

Design & Construction Estimate

Once the plans are completing we send the plans out to our wide range of subconstractors. This will provide you with budget numbers to design if you want to move forward with the project or redesign to fit within your budget.

Permitting Process

Applying for permits and getting approval can seem like a mountainous task. Our relationships with city/ town officials and expertise makes this process seamless. We will handle the entire process for you.

Construction

Finally, it is time to break ground on your new dream home. If you do not have the right construction team, this process can be a nightmare but we are here to ensure this is the most exciting part of the process. We bring the concept to life.

After Construction and Warranty

Don't worry, once construction is complete we are still here by your side. We will walk your through your new home prior to turning over the keys and show you how to operate and maintain every aspect of the home. If you ever have an issue with anything, we are here to assist.
